S&P raises Greece’s rating by two notches in first upgrade since Sept 2014
Standard & Poor's raised Greece’s long-term rating by two notches from ‘CCC-‘ to ‘CCC+’ with a stable outlook on Tuesday.
Following a series of downgrades during the course of 2015, this is the first rating upgrade since September 2014 when the same rating agency upward revised Greece’s rating to ‘B’ on fiscal adjustment.
